Company Overview
With partners that have over a decade of default service experience representing
creditors, Marinosci Law Group, PC are no strangers to the ever-changing legal needs
of the mortgage servicing industry.
In a time where recklessly speeding through the process is “common practice”,
MLG maintains excellence others strive to achieve. MLG has built its practice
around the philosophy that EXCEEDING TIMELINES DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
AND QUALITY LEGAL REPRESENTATION SUFFER.
We believe that communication with our clients is paramount to our mutual
success. Therefore we can confidently guarantee that our clients will not
feel “left in the dark” but will be apprised as to the status and progress
of all matters we are handling on their behalf.
We understand that Home Retention and Loss Mitigation are of great importance to
our clients. We believe that the law firm representing you can be an integral
part of the success of keeping a borrower in their home which results in a performing
loan in your portfolio. We work closely with our clients to create effective
processes to insure that all potential loss mitigation options are presented to
both the lender and borrower and we work hand in hand with all parties to see that
mutually beneficial solutions are reached.
It is because of our dedication to providing the BEST customer service in the industry
that we only use the most “cutting-edge” technology which aids our staff
in maintaining our commitment to our clients.
Let’s face it we are all aware that many firms can meet and/or exceed the
timelines required in the mortgage servicing industry.. but the question you must
ask yourself, is WHO can do so without sacrificing quality legal work and outstanding
customer service? Look no further, your answer is right here… MLG can!
